2006-11-29 · The problem is related to the 2.33 release (which means there will soon be a 2.34). The problems seems to relate to an issue with the temporary upload file in as much that if an upload has formerly (ever) failed, that the temporary upload file is not deleted and therefore blocks successive uploads. 2017-2-23 · Uploading attachments larger than 10000KB fails through web mail SYMPTOMS. Uploading large attachments fails when using web mail. CAUSE. By default both IIS and webmail will restrict the size of attachment uploads. RESOLUTION. You can set the attachment upload limit by editing the web.config file for the webmail application.

I've been doing this for a while. Yesterday I couldn't get webmail to accept uploads of documents. I tried both "Firefox" and "Brave" (which is based on Firefox).

The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections." I have no problems sending emails with no attachments or small attachments (600kb).
