Why is my Bigpond email account so slow? No troubl ...

I am also experiencing ongoing problems with Bigpond email. It is incredibly slow to download and no matter if am using my mac mail client or my iphone. The email messages take ages to actually load - sometimes they do not load at all. Sending is even worse - they often just do not send and just get stuck in the the outbox.

Try using the back button on your browser, or Go back to the start. Tried that several times on different browsers with same result. The Telstra Status page ( https://outages.telstra.com.au/#) says "There are no current email outages.checked Last checked today 11:45 AM AEST. Refresh".
